I've heard a rumor that if you try to uninstall the game a jumpscare will happen, I haven't had this happen but is there any truth to jumpscares happening outside of the game? Lol, that jumpscare part is totally fake. I think I'll leave the registry files alone.

In the start menu, search "regedit", and run it as administrator. Most uninstalls don't remove the registries. If you want to be 100% sure every trace of it is gone, I think there are a few registries it creates (all programs have lots of them). The game simply checks to see if they're there. The character files themselves have nothing to do with the characters in-game, and same with "firstrun". Just kidding! While the game does create files, it only creates files within its own directory. Monika will self-replicate throughout your hard drive.
